In sickness and in health—Where do I find English-speaking doctors?

With winter coming along, many of us are bound to get sick. Schools and office places are like breeding grounds for illnesses as the Japanese people do not take days off when they are unwell. Ever heard of sick leave, people?
Some of us will be able to suffer through our pain, but some of us will have to visit a doctor. Visiting the doctor in your own language is bad enough, let alone having to try and explain where it hurts or how you feel in Japanese!
Below I have begun to compile a list of English/other language-speaking clinics and hospitals in the Ibaraki area that have been recommended. If you know of a place not listed below, please send me the info and I will add it to the list for everyone else to use.
