Ibaraki Ceramic Art Museum (Kasama)
This is the first prefectural museum specializing in pottery in eastern Japan. It was founded under the dual themes of traditional crafts and contemporary plastic arts. Set within an unspoiled natural setting, it also holds the distinction of being the main building in the Kasama Geijutsu-no-mori Park.
