Is it possible for public high school fees to be waived?
Cases for the waiving of school fees, entrance fees, selected fees, lecture fees and auditors fees:
1. Receives public assistance or welfare
2. Difficult living standards (must be approved) e.g. disaster, disease, loss of employment, dulled business, etc.
3. Approval needed by the regulations of the Board of Education
