Message from the Editor
Spring has sprung! It's still pretty cold, at least by my book, but the ume blossoms are coming out in full splendor, attracting growing crowds to parks across the prefecture, notably Kairakuen in Mito. There's a bunch of good stuff on the horizon for the E-Ibaraki Report, not the least of which is a redesign of the categories for easier access. Also, Aurélien has been hard at work on a secret project, but unfortunately is in the hospital recovering from a knee operation, so can't tell you about it this month. Thus I'm again writing in his place, and here's my fake message from Aurélien for March:
Ouch.
And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the gradually rising temperature, and the accompanying glut of articles about fruits, vegetables, and flowers we have this month!
