Aliens managed to get in touch with our chief editor through some sort of radio telepathy and told him that the entire prefecture of Ibaraki would be turned into stardust if the website was still on by the end of the month. Below is an excerpt from the beta-wave alien message that we were able to retrieve from our editor-in-chief's brain.</p> <p>"e-Ibaraki Report has been violating the intergalactic truce for a few years now by deliberately messing with our space computer techonology.
