Regarding the Recall of Meiji Step Baby Formula (850g tin)

Meiji Corporation has announced that levels of radioactive cesium between 21.5-30.8Bq/kg have been detected in their ‘Meiji Step’ (850g tin) powdered milk.

Though the level detected is below the government’s Provisional Regulated Value (200Bq/kg), they are replacing the following products free of charge to all who have purchased them.

1. Products Qualified for Free Replacement

Best Before date should be in October, 2012 (written on the bottom of the tin)


*If you send the product to the address below, a replacement product will be sent back to you (you can send them as ‘payment on delivery’).
When sending the qualified products please remember to write your name, postal code, address, and phone number.
