Information

To fulfill the diverse and increasing education needs of Ibaraki citizens, the Prefectural Library was recently reborn in a brighter and more convenient form. The space is bigger and more comfortable than the previous library, and it is furnished with an audiovisual hall as well as audiovisual and Internet booths.
