　新型（しんがた）コロナウイルスワクチンには、発症（はっしょう）＜発熱（はつねつ）やせきなどの症状（しょうじょう）が出（で）ること＞を防（ふせ）ぐ効果（こうか）があります。

　ワクチンについての詳（くわ）しい説明（せつめい）は、厚生労働省（こうせいろうどうしょう）ホームページ（外部サイトへリンク）を見（み）てください。色々（いろいろ）な国（くに）の言葉（ことば）で説明（せつめい）しています。

ワクチンを受（う）けられる人（ひと）や受（う）けられる時期（じき）／
Who can get the vaccine and when you can get it

　 

（1）ワクチンを受（う）けることができる人（ひと）／ Who can get the vaccine

　　5歳（さい）から受（う）けることができます。

　　5歳（さい）から14歳（さい）までの人（ひと）は、ワクチンを受（う）けることについて、家族（かぞく）に確認（かくにん）してください。

　　※ワクチンを受（う）けるか受（う）けないかは、自分（じぶん）で決（き）めます。

　　※妊娠（にんしん）している人（ひと）も受けることができます。

　　　ワクチンを受（う）けるか不安（ふあん）なときは、いつも行（い）っている病院（びょう　いん）の先生（せんせい）に相談（そうだん）してください。

 

　Those aged 5 and older.

　Those between the ages of 5 and 14 must have permission from a family member.

　※It is your personal decision to get vaccinated or not.

　※Pregnant women can also receive the vaccine.

　　For those unsure about getting vaccinated, please consult with your physician.

 

 

（2）ワクチンを受（う）けることができる時期（じき）／ Period of vaccine distribution

　自分（じぶん）が住（す）んでいる市町村（しちょうそん）から家（いえ）に、手紙（てがみ）やチラシが届（とど）きます。手紙（てがみ）を見（み）て、ワクチンを受（う）けることができる時期（じき）を確認（かくにん）ください。

　You will receive a letter and leaflet by post from your local municipal government. Read this letter　to confirm when you are able to get the vaccine.

 

 

（3）ワクチンを受（う）ける回数（かいすう）／  Number of vaccine doses

　2回（かい）受（う）けます。

　5歳（さい）以上（いじょう）の人（ひと）は、3回目（かいめ）を受（う）けることができます。

　オミクロン株（かぶ）に対応（たいおう）したワクチンを受（う）けることができるのは、下（した）に書（か）いてあること全（すべ）てに当（あ）てはまる人（ひと）です。
　・12歳（さい）以上（いじょう）の人（ひと）
　・2回（かい）以上（いじょう）ワクチンを受（う）けた人（ひと）

 

　You will receive two doses.

　Those aged 5 and over can receive three doses of the vaccine.

　Those who meet the following criteria may be eligible to receive a vaccine to combat the Omicron strain of the coronavirus.
　・Those who are 12 years of age or older.
　・Those who have received at least 2 vaccinations.

 

ワクチンを受（う）ける場所（ばしょ）／ Location of vaccine distribution 

　今（いま）住（す）んでいる市町村（しちょうそん）で受けます。

　受（う）ける場所（ばしょ）は、市町村（しちょうそん）からの手紙（てがみ）やチラシを見てください。

 

　You can receive the vaccine in your local area.

　For the location of your local vaccination site, please check the letter you receive from the municipal government.

 

ワクチンを受（う）けるための準備（じゅんび）／ Necessary preparations to receive the vaccine

　市町村（しちょうそん）から接種券（せっしゅけん）＜ワクチンを受（う）けるときに必要（ひつよう）な紙（かみ）＞やお知（し）らせが届（とど）きます。

　ワクチンを受（う）けるのにお金（かね）はかかりません。

 

　You will receive a vaccination ticket (a piece of paper necessary to receive the vaccine) and a notice from the municipal government.

　You do not have to pay any money to get the vaccine.

 

ワクチンを受（う）けたあと体調（たいちょう）が悪（わる）くなったとき ／ 
In case you feel unwell after receiving the vaccine

　ワクチンを受（う）けた後（あと）は、次の症状（しょうじょう）があります。
　・熱（ねつ）が出（で）る
　・注射（ちゅうしゃ）したところが腫（は）れる
　・頭（あたま）が痛（いた）くなる
　・疲（つか）れる

　このような症状（しょうじょう）は、数日（すうじつ）で治（なお）りますが、症状（しょうじょう）が続（つづ）くときは、病院（びょういん）の先生（せんせい）に相談（そうだん）してください。

 

　You may experience certain symptoms after receiving the vaccine:
　・A fever
　・Inflammation at the injection site
　・Headache
　・Fatigue

　These symptoms should stop after a few days, but please consult with your physician if they continue.
